EICR Remedial Works

Tender description

NPH intends to procure a contractor to undertake remedial works arising from Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) across residential, and public buildings. The scope includes rectifying non-compliant installations, addressing C1, C2, C3 and FI-coded issues, and ensuring full electrical safety compliance with current regulations. Lot 1: The contract will include completing necessary C1, C2 & C3 electrical repairs identified as a failure by NPH’s appointed EICR contractor with 28 days of order request which may include: • Individual component repair and/or replacements • Full and partial rewires. • Replacement of consumer units. • Electrical work in communal areas. • Major communal electrical upgrades •Fire alarm installation. We invite suppliers with experience in electrical inspections and remedial services to express their interest in this contract to enable NPH to keep you informed involved in any further early market engagement activities we may carry out and notified on the issue of the formal tender process.
