Bromley Wraparound Programme Expression of Interest Form 2025-2026

Tender description

As you may be aware the DfE (Department for Education) have provided wraparound programme funding to local authorities in England to help make sure there is sufficient wraparound childcare such as breakfast and after-school clubs in their area. Wraparound grant funding was issued to successful applicants for the financial year 2024-2025 and we now have an additional amount of grant funding available for 2025-2026. We aim to use this funding to support schools and PVI Providers to introduce or expand before and after school childcare provision where there is a gap in availability. Programme funding can be used to cover costs including staffing, training, as well as resources. It can also be used to contribute to running costs whilst demand builds, to remove any financial risk to providers of offering additional places before demand is guaranteed. Funding can also be used to pay for specialist training for staff to ensure they feel equipped to support children with additional needs. We welcome proposals for funding via this Expression of Interest Form, which should take only a few minutes to complete. Where schools have existing, wraparound childcare provision run by PVI providers, schools should encourage those providers to complete this EOI form. If you are a PVI provider, you must consult and plan with the schools your provision does, or will serve, when completing this EOI.
