Tender description

Short term procurement of groundworks to alter a private housing development on Bonscale Crescent in Langley. The works are to convert an existing grass verge into an informal parking area. This is a small works order for groundworks to be completed to an amended specification (previously agreed to be a grass verge finish, request now is for a parking area finish) on request of Rochdale Council, which also came at Rochdale Council's cost, as Rochdale Council instigated the change in specification, whilst the contractor was still on-site
