Award: The Provision of Repairs and Servicing for Domestic Appliances across all HillingdonCouncil Assets for the Assets & Development teams within our PLACE section ofdepartment. Our property portfolio includes a mix of housing types, such as houses, bungalows,apartment buildings, high-rise fl ats, sheltered housing, and extra care homes.However, we only maintain appliances in short-term let social housing, (which vary intype, construction, and age). Hillingdon Council has a legal responsibility to maintain the supplied white goodswithin these properties, so they are kept in good working order for our residents andstaff who use them daily.
