The service to be provided is an advocacy service for adults, which includes the following types of advocacy support: • Care Act Advocacy • Independent Mental Health Advocacy • Independent Mental Capacity Advocacy • NHS Complaints Advocacy • Relevant Person's Representatives • Rule 1.2 Representatives • General Advocacy Lot 1: This procurement was undertaken under Chapter 3 of Part 2 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (also known as the "light touch" regime). The process adopted uses the primary methodology of an open tender, but the Council reserves the right to make such adjustments as are required to facilitate the process. The
