Tender description

Workwear (Care Home) Anchor are seeking to engage with a supplier for provision of workwear for circa 8000 staff at approximately 120 care homes throughout England. The garment range required will cover the following roles: • Management • Health Care Assistants • Team Leaders • Catering • Housekeeping • Wellness • Handy Person Supplier Capabilities: • The supplier will be expected to manage forecasting and processing order requests from Care Homes. • The supplier will have a UK based help line to support customer inquiries. • The supplier ideally will have a combination of UK based and international manufacturing options. • The supplier will be expected to provide the workwear catalogue via the Advanced Cloud Marketplace (Anchor's chosen e-catalogue provider). All orders are processed through the Advanced Cloud Marketplace system, so it is essential that you have the capability to integrate your ordering system accordingly. Full details of Advanced Cloud Marketplace are provided in the attachments. The use of Advanced Cloud Marketplace provides considerable benefit to suppliers in streamlining the ordering and invoicing process and ensures prompt payment by Anchor. It should be noted that any Advanced Cloud Marketplace fees (should you chose either a member or Leader package) are the responsibility of the supplier but can be negotiated directly with Advanced. Free to use accounts with basic functionality are available (this would be the minimum requirement to set up an account with Anchor). -Suppliers should have an established delivery supply chain in place to ensure prompt, efficient delivery, that accounts for specific delivery requirements in locations, and ensures packages are delivered to the correct person. - Bidders will base their proposal on Anchor’s current workwear range. Anchor will work with the winning bidder to review and possibly refine the range going forward. -The contract duration will be an initial 3-year duration with an option to extend for up to a further 2 years (3 years 1+1).
