Tenders are invited from parties interested in operating one or all of the offered services referred to as the Mobile Confectionary and Beverage Service at: • Lot 1 – Iniscarn Forest • Lot 2 – Knockmany Forest It is expected that this should be by way of provision of a self-contained mobile retail outlet (power and water) with the successful supplier providing (at their own cost) relevant catering equipment and utensils to provide the services required. Suppliers can tender for one or both Lots. (location of pitch within designated site boundary to be agreed with awarded tenderer) Tender rental proposals must reflect all circumstances affecting, or likely to affect, the provision of the goods/services.
