Tender description

Derry City and Strabane District Council wishes to appoint a maximum of 6* suitably qualified and experienced firms, for each panel, to carry out planned and reactive maintenance works in the Derry Strabane Area in the following disciplines: Mechanical/Plumbing Services an Painting/Decorating Services. The services required, within each panel, shall consist of planned and unplanned works comprising of upgrades, refurbishments, fit outs, demolitions and running repairs. The contract will commence in Mid 2025 until 31st October 2027. This may be extended at the sole discretion of Council for a further period not exceeding 12 months.
