A Framework Agreement for the delivery of Water Testing Services across Scotland's Railway. Lot 1: The Framework shall provide Water Testing and Water Risk Assessments on its Operational Estate to check for the presence of Legionella to support Network Rail with meeting its statutory obligation. The service covers the testing of water supplies and associated remedial works to Maintenance Delivery Units / Signal Boxes / Power Signal Boxes / Ground Frames etc throughout Scotland Route. This involves the testing and investigation of water supplies and associated remedial works at specified locations throughout Scotland; advice on management and control of the Water Systems at each site; provision of suitable Risk Assessment Log Books as required at each location; provision of additional documentation; advice on management and monitoring to minimise potential risk to staff and other personnel using the systems, and advice on proactive measures to control and reduce the risk and advise on the improvement of water quality. Scotland's Railway ran a procurement event to engage with one (1) supplier in the delivery of Water Testing Services, across Scotland. The contract shall be awarded under an NR27 NEC4 Professional Services Short Framework Contract.
