Tender description

The project will involve the repair of existing leaks and replacement of guttering on an existing barrel roof of the Abbey Arts Centre Main Auditorium Roof. The main heating system is to be upgraded and a solar system is to be installed as per the specification document issued as part of the tender. The existing lighting system is to upgraded to LED fittings subject to an onsite survey by the Tenderer. An existing service door is to be replaced with an aluminium unit subject to on site survey by Tenderer. The site is restricted and a site visit will be mandatory during the tender period to establish exact working conditions.
