Refurbishment of the Passenger Lift at Kingswood Leisure Centre, South Gloucestershire

Tender description

The project requirements but not limited to below are:\r i. Refurbishment all the internal car finishes and/or ceiling of the existing passenger lift.\r ii. Replacement of handrails, landing and alarm call buttons in the lift car.\r iii. Replacement of all architraves and call buttons at all landings.\r iv. Replacement of machinery at the lift machine room.\r v. Replacement of lift control panel on top of the lift car or integral to the architrave of the landing door at the top-most landing floor.\r vi. Replacement of all lighting in the lift car, lift shaft and sundry power for lift maintenance.\r vii. Replacement of two-way intercom between lift car and the reception/management office/duty manager office.\r viii. Replacement or new hardware/control interface with existing fire alarm system.\r ix. Other miscellaneous such as supply and installation of new hydraulic tank unit, guide shoes, ram seal, post-contract maintenance with necessary parts and components for replacement etc.\r at Kingswood Leisure Centre, BS16 4RH.
