Ref: Passenger lift modernisation 20 Rouen Rd We thank you for your valued enquiry and have pleasure in submitting the following quotation. Proposal is to supply and install the following items: - • New lift controller • New lift machinery. • New hoisting system e.g., belts and ropes • New fixtures and fittings - vandal resistant • New control operating panel • New door operator • Replacement door rollers and set up of existing doors. Additional works required as part of project / builders. • To enlarge 2 x existing rope holes in lift shaft ceiling slab by approximately 30mm. To diamond drill 1x new core hole in shaft ceiling slab approximately 55mm diameter. Quote/cost based on: full access to topside and under side of shaft ceiling slab being no more than 300mm thick. • To supply and install a new gas strut assisted opening hatch approximately 800mm x 1200mm with FB4 lock and under side cover sleeve, Incorporating a removable 2 bar handrail with kick boards. Remove waste from site.
