The Common Services Agency (more commonly known as National Services Scotland) (“the Authority”) acting through its division National Procurement, is undertaking this procurement of Medical Examination Gloves on behalf of All entities constituted pursuant to the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1978, (i.e. all NHS Scotland Health Boards, Special Health Boards and the Authority or other NHS Organisation established pursuant to the NHS (Scotland) Act 1978), any integrated Joint Boards established pursuant to the new Public Bodies (Joint Working) Scotland Act 2014, together with independent contractors to NHS Scotland. Lot 1: Non Sterile Nitrile Gloves We require a range of Medical Examination Gloves Nitrile Non Sterile across a range of sizes for everyday use throughout cross NHS Scotland and other associated areas i.e. Community, Surgeries, SAS (Scottish Ambulance Service) and SNBTS (Scottish National Blood Transfusion Service). We intend to award a max of Five (5) suppliers to this lot. Lot 2: Sterile Nitrile Gloves We require a range of Medical Examination Gloves Nitrile Sterile across a range of sizes for everyday use throughout cross NHS Scotland and other associated areas i.e. Community, Surgeries, SAS (Scottish Ambulance Service) and SNBTS (Scottish National Blood Transfusion Service). The authority intends to award a max of Five (5) suppliers to this lot.
