This tender competition is hosted by the myTenders Tender Platform www.myTenders.co.uk. The Department of Foreign Affairs of Ireland, the Contracting Authority for this project, is seeking expressions of interest by way of Selection Questionnaire (SQ) from economic operators for the provision of Main Building Contractor Services for the Fit-Out of Ireland House, London, UK. This public procurement competition comprises of two stages, which are Stage 1, this pre-qualification (SQ) stage and Stage 2, the Invitation-to-Tender (ITT) stage. The purpose of this Stage 1 Selection Questionnaire (SQ) is to obtain information from interested parties to determine if they are eligible to participate in this competition. The Selection Questionnaire (SQ) sets out the information that the Department requires to assess candidates suitability for selection for Stage 2. Candidates, if successful, will be invited to participate in the Stage 2 ITT tender competition that may lead to a contract award for those services as described in Appendix 1 of the Selection Questionnaire (SQ).
