Knockanore Farmhouse Cheese request tenders for a Conveyorised vacuum packer with external vacuum pump system

Tender description

We require a machine with the following features: • a loading station vacuum chamber and automatic unloading • capable of a minimum of 2 cycles per min with an external vacuum pump system - minimum of 600m3h • two bi-active seal bars measuring from 900mm to 1200mm. • Chamber width to be 600mm to 800mm with a minimal chamber height of 120mm • The machine must be fitted with a bag pre-cut and trim function. • integrated lid safety system • HMI control screen to allow various product recipes to be saved • start stop buttons on the infeed to allow for one person operation. • Minimum product to bag cut off measurement is essential and must be detailed in a proposal • The machine should be made entirely of stainless steel with a food safe belt • As part of our sustainability efforts, we would prefer a machine without water cooling. • Price to include delivery installation and operator training • User manuals and compliance documentation should be provided following installation.
