The Sulis Club is a former Civil Service Sports club which now forms part of the University of Bath. It previously provided changing room facilities, dance studios, meeting spaces and a bar facility. This opportunity comprises creation of changing room facilities and additional space for bouldering centre to shell standard. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
