Tender description

Bristol City Council (BCC) wants to undertake a new approach for contracting for the council’s electricity supply - the ‘Sleeved Pool’ model. This new arrangement, is based on ‘pooling’ locally generated zero-carbon electricity to be shared between the council and other demand customers. Within this BCC is seeking a contractor to undertake the role of "Demand Pool Manager".
