Tender description

Hampshire County Council is seeking a suitable experienced, skilled and qualified partner to provide two core services in relation to the Council's purchasing and management of energy on its own and its customers' behalf - Trading Services and Bureau and Account Management Services. Full details of the requirements are available in the Service Specification. The Service Specification also includes a number of optional services relating to historical billing, development of energy frameworks and relating to water. Lot 1: The Council's requirement will be procured via an open tender process. Full details of the requirement, including customer and site details, are set out in the Service Specification. The Council is seeking tenders from organisations who are experienced in both energy trading and in the management of energy accounts, including billing, for larger organisations. Additional information: The estimated value provided includes £250,000 for the optional services included in the Service Specification. The core trading and bureau/account management services are valued at £1,293,750 in total for the term of the contract.
