DutySheet is a cloud-based volunteer or specials' management software used by emergency services to assist with engagement, management and retention. To provide the operational ability for the Special Constabulary Volunteers at Cheshire Constabulary to: 1) Clock in/out as they are unable to use DMS like other staff/officers within the Force 2) Manage events and operations with ease on logistics 3) Manage performance and welfare including Personal Development Plans and Portfolios 4) Contains all personal contact information and data for volunteers 5) Provides a documented audit trail for all interactions with the platform that can be used for professional standards. 6) Allows volunteers to successfully manage volunteers. The Force has used this solution since at least 2017.
