Tender description

36 Month Landscape Maintenance Services Contract for areas owned by Craigdale Housing Association located in Castlemilk, Glasgow. Lot 1: It is Craigdale Housing Associations' intention to enter into a contract with a main contractor from 1st April 2025 to 31st March 2028 to deliver their routine open space maintenance and associated reactive repair work to hard and soft landscaped areas owned by the Association. The works also includes bulk uplift / disposal of rubbish etc discarded on site.
