Tender description
The project consists of the refurbishment of the existing Garda station prisoner cell area to current anti-ligature standards and associated general works, at Castleblayney Garda Station, Upper York St, Connabury, Castleblayney, Co Monaghan, A75T213. Internal works area circa 35m2. Proposed works to include the removal and replacement of the existing cell doors, plaster, glass block windows, cell beds and cell toilets. Walls in cell area and floor slab to be removed and new foundations, walls, floor slab to be erected to form 2 cells and shower room. Works to the existing underground drainage to accommodate the new fittings. Upgrading of all M+E facilities. Replacement of the existing ceiling finishes throughout cell area. New external door, access ramp and railing. Painting and finishing cell area.
