This tender is for the provision of carpet and upholstery cleaning services for both residential accommodation and non-residential buildings at Aberystwyth University, with some non-residential buildings having up to 13 floors.Within both Conferencing and Accommodation, our aim is to maximise usage of (and therefore income from) all of our facilities whilst ensuring an excellent standard of customer experience at all times – cleaning provision needs to facilitate and support this overall aim.The estimated value of the contract is 15k per annum, this is however only estimate and may differ depending on a variety of circumstances. The University shall not be held accountable for any shortfall if the annual value Is less than the original estimated 15k.
