Christmas is a momentous time of year in Manchester, and is an occasion marked on the calendar for all residents and visitors across Greater Manchester, the North West and further afield. The festivities have grown significantly over the past 25 years, and the welcoming atmosphere makes Manchester one of the key European destinations to visit in the winter season. The 2026 Christmas season, will however see the full return of Albert Square, Manchester, M60 2LA. We want 2026 to be a very special return to Albert Square’s full use, with a dazzling family friendly offering that illuminates Manchester as a premier city befitting of a world class festive attraction.
