Tender description

Contract award notice for election management system (EMS). The key objective of the Contract is to procure an Election Management System (EMS) that will enable the Council, on behalf of the Returning Officer, to run elections as and when required. The EMS must be able to function for all types of elections and comply with all relevant UK and Scottish electoral legislation. The procurement was awarded under the Crown Commercial Services GCloud 14 Framework Agreement (RM1557.14) Lot 1: Contract award notice for election management system.
