Provsion of a Research Award Management System

Tender description

The University of Strathclyde is procuring a cloud-based, end‑to‑end Research Awards Management System, including all associated implementation services, to enhance the management of research awards. The inititial contract duration is for a period of 5(five)-years with 5 (five), 1(one)-year optional extensions. Lot 1: The University of Strathclyde has undertaken a direct award, in accordance with the call‑off procedure under the Scottish Government Value Added Reseller Services Framework (SVARS), for the procurement of a modern, cloud‑based, end‑to‑end Research Awards Management System. The purpose of this procurement is to unify and streamline the administration of research and knowledge exchange (KE) projects across their full lifecycle, encompassing proposal development, costing, pricing, and post‑award management. The solution is required to integrate seamlessly with the University’s existing systems and to enhance operational efficiency through improved data management and system integration.
