Tender description
The Healthy Communities Service supports Croydon residents by strengthening community networks, reducing social isolation and promoting independence. From April 2025, the service will focus on developing Local Community Partnerships (LCPs) across six localities and engaging seldom heard communities to inform Neighbourhood Health plans. The provider will deliver LCP events, support community co-chairs, gather local insights and build community capacity using a strengths-based approach. Funding of £70,875 (inclusive of VAT) is available to deliver outreach and LCP activity.
