Contractors are invited to submit a Tender for short term tourism accommodation which involves the Off-site Fabrication, Delivery and Installation of 3 No. Eco Cabins with Mezzanine Sleeping Areas at Burtown House and Gardens, Athy, Co. Kildare, R14 AE67. This Project is co-funded by the Government of Ireland and the European Union through the EU Just Transition Fund. A FEW POINTS TO NOTE: • Eco Cabins - The Eco Cabins MUST be built off site and then delivered and installed on site • Timelines - This contract must commence by late January 2026 and be completed within 12 weeks. Tenderers who cannot meet this requirement should not tender.
