List of Contractors to Deliver Private Stairlift and Specialist Lift Adaptations within Private Dwellings.

Tender description

Leeds City Council are looking to procure an approved list of contractors to undertake Stairlift and Specialist Lift adaptations to private dwellings across the city. The approved list will run for a period of 5 years from July 2025 to July 2030 with the option to extend for a further period of 2 x 12 months. Funding for the adaptations is paid directly to private residents through the Disabled Facilities Grants. Therefore, the contractual relationship will sit between the contractor and grant recipients and not the Council.
