Devon ICB - CHC AACC CM System

Tender description

NHS Devon ICB awarded a call off contract from the Crown Commercial Services (CCS) Technology Services 3 Framework Agreement RM6100, for a supplier to provide programme management support during the implementation of Devon's All Age Continuing Care system. Lot 1: Implementation support for the AACC CMS system, providing dedicated project management support to the programme manager and clinical lead, working closely with the system supplier to support the delivery of project activities, including;  Supporting the Clinical and Programme Leads to drive the work forward successfully.  Facilitating key workstreams and coordinating activities to ensure seamless progress and delivery.  Collaborating within a blended team structure to co-create and complete all deliverables.  Enabling the leadership team to maintain focus on high-priority tasks by managing the operational flow of the implementation This was awarded through Direct Award call off from CCS Technology Services 3 Framework Agreement: Technology Services 3 - CCS, The contract term is 4 months, This exercise is being carried out by NHS South, Central and West Commissioning Support Unit
