The Covid 19 Inquiry needs to request and securely receive documents and related artefacts for processing and collation to support inquiry hearings, recommendations and public records. 50 Licences are required for the ongoing service for a secure workspace to hold this documentation. Lot 1: 50 licences are required for a cloud based collaboration tool that allows for secure transfer in line with functional and non-functional requirements and meets minimum standards for compliance with Scottish Governments Cyber Security standards, especially when concerning personal and sensitive information.
