5GIR Extension - Technical Delivery Partner Support

North Ayrshire Council required a technical delivery partner for the Ayrshire 5G Innovation Region (5GIR) project extension which has secured a further 400k under the programme to be delivered. The contract commenced on 9th December 2025 with an end date of 30th April 2026. Lot 1: This requirement is for a technical delivery partner for the Ayrshire 5G Innovation Region (5GIR) project extension which has secured a further 400k under the programme to be delivered. This encompasses supporting ongoing project management support, facilitating knowledge transfer, monitoring the project against the agreed benefits realisation framework, and updating the final project reports at the end of the extension period and providing recommendations / advice regarding post-extension activities and robust sustainability plan. The partner will also coordinate with various stakeholders to monitor the benefits and lessons learnt of the installed 5G and other advanced wireless technology across sectors like manufacturing, aerospace, and tourism, aligning with Ayrshire's regional economic strategy.
