Tender description

The purpose of this market research process is to provide the Contracting Authority with sufficient information to us to develop and prepare a successful and innovative process and foster long-term relationships with developers for delivery of social housing. The purpose of this exercise is to identify if there will be a suitable number of organisations eligible for consideration in respect of the proposed Contract / Framework who would be capable of undertaking the services and will not be used to determine or appoint a successful applicant at this initial stage.
