The services comprise of design and print production services. The Contracting Entity requires high quality design and print of the following items: • Posters A1 • Pull-ups • Nomadic – Full colour Nomad – printed 1 side • Feather Banners • Name Badges • Business Cards – plastic holder with card insert (branded) and pin back • A3 Double-sided full colour leaflet • Maps A3/A2 • 10 x 3mm matt laminated Foamex panels size 698mm x 998mm • Design, print and finish x qty of 650x 16 page A4 size full colour Brochure cover 300gsm Plus 12PP full colour 170gsm, saddle stitch finish • Design, Print x 650 copies x 4Page A4 Presentation Folder Full colour one side, 300gsm, matt laminated, die cut, assemble • Print x 600 copies A2 document, full colour double side, 130gsm, folded to A4 • Layout and Print x 600 A4 Letters, full colour 120gs • Print x 600 C5 Freepost Envelopes • Layout and print x 600 A4 2-page form • Layout and print x 600 single page form • 8 x 8x 4ft Dibond branded signs • 20 x A3 branded Acrylic Plaques • 10 x3mm matt laminated Foamex panels size 698mm x 998mm The services must include from concept to design, print, collation (if required), finish and delivery. Occasionally, the successful Tenderer may be required to outsource additional materials for print production including SWAG/Merchandise and apparel not limited to the following items. • Branded Keep Cups • Branded Laptop Bag • Branded Umbrella • Branded Water bottles – sustainable materials • Branded Pens • Branded A5 Notebooks Contract Duration two years with the option to extend annually up to OJEU threshold.
