Tender description

This project is required to undertake the refurbishment works to the residential block in Owbridge Court. The work involved in this project includes the following scope of works: - Replacement of UPVC windows (including some builders work to internal walls at low level flats). - Replacement of front door . - Construct new ceiling and upgrade thermal and acoustic insulation (ground floor) - Replacement of the M&E systems including full rewire, heating, hot water, drainage and ventilation works.
