Mechanical Subcontractors (Reserved Specialists to the Main Appointed Contractor) for Mechanical Services installation works associated with the construction of a 10,989 m² two-storey new post primary school with a capacity for 1000 pupils, together with all associated site works including: Vehicular and pedestrian access from Downshire Ring Road on the western side, and pedestrian access and vehicular exit on the southern side; 122 staff and visitor car parking spaces, of which 7 will be accessible spaces; bus and car set-down areas; 200 covered bicycle spaces; 6 fenced ballcourts; boundary wall, gates and fences to all boundaries, and ancillary structures including ESB mini-pillar and external store.
