Aberdeenshire Council require competitive tenders of suitably qualified contractors to complete the reactive repair requirements across a number of trades to Aberdeenshire Council Housing. The project will involve working to a strict priority timeline and ensuring excellent communication skills between the contractor and the client. This is therefore a project with time critical response times and as such, the successful contractor must be able to commit to and demonstrate successful examples of working to strict deadlines. In 2025 the council will seek procure the following trades across 9 lot areas Builderwork Electrical Services Roofwork Decorating and Plastering To support these procurements a supplier engagement event is being held in person on 21st February 2025 Booking for this event should be made through the following link: https://buytickets.at/aberdeenshirecouncil3/1548023 Lot 1: Builderwork The creation of multi supplier, multi lot contract which will be used for the allocation of works orders to appointed contractors to perform reactive repairs across Aberdeenshire Council's Housing stock. Contractors are invited to bid for one or more lot areas. Contractors are not limited to the number of lot areas they bid for. Successful contractors shall be available for the duration of the contract to respond to works orders issued on a reactive basis. Each works order shall have a priority designation, and the contractor shall respond in the timeframe stipulated..
