Tender description
Mechanical upgrading works in the existing boilerhouse for St. Francis Xavier Junior National School. This includes decommissioning the existing gas boiler, pumps, pipework, flue, etc. in the existing boilerhouse and replacing new gas boilers, new pumps, new pipework, etc. There is existing underground heating and water services pipework between the boilerhouse and the main building and this shall also be decommissioned and replaced with new underground pre-insulated pipework. Refer to the tender documents and drawings for further information.
