Tender description

To design and build a fire-resistant enclosure for the electrical riser that will hold change overs and electrical installations to primarily serve the A&E and surrounding clinical departments project we aim as much as we can to ensure through the dedicated efforts of the Electrical (Electrical Installation Design), Building (Building Design) , and Mechanical(Pipework Separations to prevent interference ) , BSA elements(Compliance with BSR) and the Asbestos Surveys ,and submissions to get us to achieve the following milestones below • Fire Resistance and Compartmentation -This is particularly important for High rise building as in the BSA requirements (Both Electrical and Building tools to help achieve) • Accessibility for Maintenance of the Electrical Installations and safety Features (Earthing, Ground) be it Building or Electrical • Electrical Capacity Maximum Electrical Load that the building requires to Function • Code Compliance- as much we can compliance with all Electrical, (BS7671), Fire, Building (, and associated HTMs and related Codes)
