Tender description

To improve the physical health of people with severe mental illness by enabling staff in primary care and other organisations and local communities to: - understand the benefits, process and purpose of physical health checks - explain them to people with SMI, including people in groups who are easy to ignore Lot 1: The Contract Authority; NHS West Yorkshire Integrated Care Board intends to award a contract to an existing provider following Direct Award Process C. The authority is publishing this notice in Find a Tender in accordance with the NHS Provider Selection Regime. 2025-28 Physical health of people with severe mental illness (SMI) Contract Period: 01/04/2025 - 31/03/2028 with the option to extend by a further 2 years.
