Tender description
The University of East Anglia (UEA) is seeking to understand the current financial value of the Sainsbury Centre (SCVA) collection in its entirety. The collection has not been comprehensively valued since 2004, and it is believed that an increasing discrepancy has emerged between the actual market value of the assets and the values presented in the University's annual financial statements. A new valuation is required to support compliance with relevant accounting standards, meet the needs of the University's financial auditors, and ensure appropriate insurance coverage.
