Tender description

This invitation to tender is based upon the provision of both Project Management and Quantity Surveying services to be carried out by chartered professionals for the proposed refurbishment project at Rock UK Summit Centre. The project is at inception.This tender is for the management of the project and costs from inception to end of defects and the projects will follow the RIBA plan of works. Progress will be subject to grant funds being made available.Rock UK is at the early stages of fundraising, and we have engaged with several funders who are initially very positive about supporting the project.
