Monaghan County Council wishes to tender for: Ballybay Men’s Shed Building Refurbishment

The works involve the renovation and conversion of an existing stone building used as a men’s shed to a new community use facility at first floor level: Works to include: Completely new mechanical and electrical installation New Lower Ground Floor concrete slabs, tanking, radon barriers and footings where required New certified fire stopping, compartmentation and separation installation. Upgrade to interior fixtures and fittings Upgrade existing protected doors to fire required fire rating New doors New windows New compartment floors New Roof structure, lining and insulation New joinery and ironmongery New floor finishes Reconfiguration of existing spaces New kitchen units and appliances Construct new access stairs Flushing and clearing existing sewer and surface water systems Protection of all existing protected finishes including but not limited to, architraves, skirting, windows, doors, shutters, stairs, handrails etc.. Painting of all existing and new surfaces.
