Tender description

The London Ambulance Service NHS Trust is seeking to appoint a suitable supplier who will provide licensing & support for the Trust’s Avaya Telephony infrastructure. The scope of the procurement comprises the supply of licenses, hardware, subscriptions and 24 hour support & maintenance. The successful supplier will also be required to provide any essential software upgrades during the contract term.
