The Donkey Sanctuary is seeking expressions of interest and tenders from suppliers capable of providing a comprehensive fleet and driver management service. Our aim is to enhance operational efficiency, ensure compliance with health and safety obligations, and deliver high-quality service to our end users while maintaining cost-effectiveness and operational excellence. This will now be a lot based tender opportunity. The lots will be as follows ;- Lot 1 - Fleet Management Software & Data Services Lot 2 - Driver Management & Risk Services Lot 3 - Transport Compliance & HGV Operations Management Lot 4 - Accident & Incident Management Lot 5 - Vehicle Sourcing, Acquisition & Delivery Lot 6 - Service, Maintenance, Repair, MOT & Asset Compliance Lot 7 - Breakdown, Roadside & Recovery Services Lot 8 - Telematics & Camera Solutions Lot 9 - Fuel & EV Charging Card Management Lot 10 - Vehicle Disposal & Decommissioning Suppliers are invited to bid on however many lots they feel they are able to perform the services for.
