SPS-02201 CISCO Enterprise Agreement

Tender description

As part of an effort to consolidate and integrate their Cisco Licensing and support arrangements, the Purchaser’s Digital Services team require to procure a Supported Cisco Enterprise Agreement (EA), incorporating Voice and Collaboration elements from the Calling EA, and the Meetings EA or AU. The Purchaser already has an EA in place supporting the Voice Elements of the CUCM suite. This existing (Collaboration EA2.0) should be renewed, and augmented with the Meetings Component. Lot 1: The SPS has commenced this procurement process in good faith and with the intention of awarding a contract. The SPS will utilise available Frameworks and carry out mini-competition as per Framework guidelines. Quotation responses will then be evaluated by the SPS in accordance with the ITQ.
