Lot 1: This modification is to add the 25/26 Hybrid Closed Loop funding for 2025/26 into the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (NNUH) contract. The effective date for this modification is 01/04/2025 and the value is £968,756 to the end of the contract. There is no change in contract dates or term which remains remains 1 April 2022 - 31 March 2030, inclusive of 3 year option to extend.
