Terry's Patisserie are a food manufacturing business based in South Wales. The project concerns improvement of production planning & bill of material (BOMs) processes. Currently, NOUVEM & SAGE software are used on site, NOUVEM for sales, stock and production information, SAGE for account information.The software required would take current data, e.g sales volumes, anticipated sales, current raw material stock finished goods stock, production products, available equipment & personnel to determine the optimum production plan. All applications are to give full scope of software possibilities with all costs visible. E.g training costs to be factored in. Successful applications will be tested internally by Terry's Patisserie directors and externally by an advisor on behalf of Welsh Government due to the project being part-funded by Welsh Government grant aid.
