Tender description

This is a preliminary market engagement exercise to acquire expressions of interest in conducting the operation of Network Rail's Test Track Melton Mowbray. The exercise consists of a supply market questionnaire for interested parties to fill out in order to express their interest and provide feedback on Network Rail's requirement in more detail. Responses are requested by 23/12/2025. The operation of the site includes depot management, rail traffic management and supporting facilities management tasks. A draft specification has been shared with the questionnaire to outline requirements in greater detail. This is not yet a call for competition and serves as a market engagement exercise only.
