The Alzheimer Society of Ireland is seeking tenders from suitably qualified contractors to construct a day care centre with associated garage, civil and landscaping works; and to carry out the role of PSCS for the project at Rooskey Vale, Co. Monaghan. Please note that due to budgetary constraints the associated garage may not be constructed, though all ducting to its location will be included. Please keep this in mind when pricing the project. Interested contractors are encouraged to attend the Tenderers Briefing which will be held remotely by the Contracting Authority (please see the Request for Tenders document for details). The purpose of the Tenderers Briefing is to aid compliant, relevant and comprehensive tender responses.
