Perth & Kinross Council were seeking software to introduce checks before payments leave the organisation to reduce the risk of a fraudulent payment being made. The software is to identify if the Council have made any duplicate payments, detect if the Council have been exposed to any type of fraudulent activity, identify any suspicious or irregular payment information or weaknesses in current processes. Lot 1: Perth & Kinross Council were seeking software services to check payments before they leave the organisation as this will reduce the number of fraudulent payments and the risk to the Council.
